Hugh Mackenzie talks on Ontario (and B.C's) current taxes on prior taxes, and assures us that the rebate cheques (though he doesn't know, and perhaps no one knows, how much they will be) will make up the disadvantage to working people in providing a new advantage for business. The added implication is that more efficient business will provide more jobs (according to Dalton McGuinty, equivalent to 47 new billion-dollar Toyota plants). Mackenzie is nevertheless thoughtful, informative, and entertaining.
