This is the experimental signal that was broadcast overnight in Houston, TX, Dome City - before the launch of the budding KH5XIM, Evacuation Radio Services, 95.3 FM.

This is the first broadcast that aired on the all volunteer run low power FM station located in the Dome City media lot, Astrodome/Reliant Center parking lot. The Katrina Alternate Media Project (KAMP), 95.3 megahertz as authorized by the FCC.

We looped this until the next morning and went live then, we have been broadcasting ever since thanks to some terrific volunteer producers, engineers, gophers, and children and folks around the area.

Check the site for some GREAT breaking news.!!!
