Three San Diego activists appeared before a federal grand jury July 12, after the judge in the case denied all motions to dismiss their subpoenas. Danae Kelley, & David Agranoff, refused to answer any of the questions and were taken into custody, while Michael Cardenas, who was granted immunity from prosecution reluctantly answered their questions. Moments ago, I spoke with Adriana Barraza, a San Diego activist supporter who was just outside the court room today.
