We interview Dave Sayotovich, one of the crew helping in the rebuilding of Waveland

Hurricane Rita grazed the coast of Mississippi and eastern Louisana this morning and is heading for the coast near the state line at Texas. Dave talks to us about the situation and the local development of real community.

We also talk about the importance of micropower radio in times of crisis, and how the Waveland station is playing an important role in the area.
