At lunchtime today Dublins homeless attempted to hand in a 20,000 signature petition to Irelands Prime Minister Bertie Ahern. When Bertie failed to come out to accept the petition, the protestors invaded the Parliament buildings compound.Video news report accompanies:3mins:10megs:wmvfile.
