Constitution Summer Rally for Impeachment

July 19, 2006, Oakland, California Presentation of Constitution Summer's Four Key Crimes:

1) Illegal domestic spying in violation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the 4th Amendment;
2) Misleading the country into a war of aggression in Iraq based on fraudulent claims;
3) Indefinite detention, extraordinary rendition, and torture;
4) Abuse of executive authority and subversion of the Constitution.

Constitution Summer has developed four charges of impeachment of the Bush/Cheney administration. They created a video for the public, and are touring the nation in lectures and rallies, intending to make the public aware of the specific means of removal from office the criminals, cronies and incompitants, currently in administrative office in the United States government.
