WHERE THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGALITY, VALIDITY, OUR HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOM?
THE POLITICAL STATEMENT
Illegal prosecution with application of reprisals in current almost two years militia and Prosecutor Taganka of area Central Administrative District of Moscow concerning me and applications the human rights organizations of Russia about a proceeding violence of law enforcement bodies over the Russian citizens, I am compelled to address to you about infringement of constitutional laws and freedom in Russia.
Earlier I repeatedly addressed in law-enforcement structures and authorities of all levels, but is ineffectual. My applications and complaints have remained without answers, except for that with infringement of the legislation they have been directed on consideration by that on which these complaints have acted. My open applications for lawlessness and the corruption occurring in the ranks of staff of law enforcement bodies and Prosecutor Taganka of area Central Administrative District of Moscow and defending the rights were caused with illegal prosecution on political and ideological motives.
The thieves' bureaucracy, an engaged red tape had a hostility to me in connection with my numerous references in various instances and thus I have appeared will involve in political fight. Our country became territory of “free hunting “ for organizers of mass reprisals and punishments. Russia plunges into abyss of an arbitrariness of authority more and more. Lawlessness are not display of any caught stealing official, and are made on the basis of confidential departmental ant constitutional orders, as already developed system. The facts of all these lawlessness are announced by President Putin V.V. at passed meetings with power structures in current of this year.
I and the Russian citizens are deprived of civil rights; militant boundless has begun application of retaliatory actions in many regions of Russia.
We do not hope any more neither for authority, nor on the Russian court which in people have nicknamed a court. We hope only for mutual aid of all of those who has suffered from realization "state of emergency" when from people take away the bare rights.
The authority is there should be a service to people. We have at full speed a becoming on rails of dictatorship. Approach to the social rights, purpose of governors and local self-management, the total police-bureaucratic control over the non-commercial organizations is a notorious vertical and restriction of the civil rights threatens with unpredictable consequences and accident for Russia. Permissiveness and impunity of the corrupted officials as result of worthless policy of authority.
National riches shamelessly misappropriation group of the engirdled thieves in imperious cabinets, dirty technologies are given to the states of nationalists and tyrants. The legalized transfer of authority under the script "Successor" under a screen of legal and liberal applications is a continuation of a robbery of the country and its citizens. So-called National Projects, as the populism, lowered from above anything without the program of restoration in Russia of the rights and freedom of the person, democracy and validity. I was convinced on personal destiny, that the authority is played concept with democracy. Citizens of Russia hear from authorities only propagation and demagogy. Our duty to realize the responsibility before the country, its future and to demand this responsibility from you.
