On November 5th, hundreds of thousands of protestors marched for the freedom of Liberated Oaxaca.

Now it's our turn! On Thursday, the 9th of Novemeber, protestors will assemble at 5:30 at Lafayette Park, ands march to wherever Calderon is staying(he's visiting DC). On NEXT Thursday, the 16th of november, we will assemble again at the park at 21st st and Penn Ave at 5:30 PM. We will march from ther to teh embassy, and from there to the consulate on 16th st.

Although Oaxaca remains under seige, and the guns of paramilitary goons are never silent for more thn a day, the Resistance continues unabated.

With the huge march yesterday and the inability of murder and beatings to capture the community radio station or the university, it is increasingly likely that the situation will end teh same way the protests at Galludet did-with total victory!

Already the Mexican Congress is asking the governor of Oaxaca to step down. The fighting is far from over, but the people of Oaxaca have the upper hand in spite of the murderous and brutal ways of the oppressors.

Three audio pieces provided: The WSQT promo for our mnarches, the WSQT analysis of yesterday, and a piece from Indybay about continuing attacks on foreign journalists.
