Resistance fighters in Occupied Baghdad shelled the Green Zone Sunday in the first such bombardment in more than three months.
The back-to-back strikes reverberated across the Tigris River to a popular promenade, sending families packing up from fish restaurants and abruptly halting a party at a club.
The U.S military said the Green Zone was hit by two "indirect fire" rounds - which typically means either rockets or mortars - but admitted to no casualties or damage. Still, we all remember what happend last Spring, when the Resistance in Occupied Iraq rained rockets and bombs on the Green Zone in a mirror image of what the occupiers did at the start of the war in Occupied Iraq.
