The FIRST STEP in the Right Direction, as regards Iraq, will be THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MANDATORY JURY TRIALS, IF SOUGHT (to simplify, for expediency-sake), as the U.S. Constitution REQUIRES (you'll have to oppose it, to do ANYTHING LESS).
As we've been prosecuting, in Federal Court, since 1989, to get these negligence-to-deny Programs implemented (U.S. District Court, New Orleans, La. EDL, #90-2482 and the cases arising therefrom, during George, Sr.'s term)[a case where the state's Attorney admitted defeat, prosecuted by the researcher who developed and copyrighted the Training Programs, himself, he beat the state's attorney....being unable to even-find assistant counsel, and having taught Christian and American Jurisprudence at THE J.C. COLLEGE OF LAW (a Departments of Education and Veterans Affairs registered University), (for several years), the obstruction of justice (and due process of law) in this/these matters are responsible for the excessive deaths in Iraq (and around the country)[negligent homicides to premeditated murders].
If you're in this "jury fleeing", justice obstructing, group's chain of command, you'd better hurry.....you only have until June 30th, apparently, to deny illegal orders and establish Mandatory Jury Trial Structures in Iraq (in opposition to these illegal orders to do otherwise, in order to steal it and place it in criminal-hands...and support and defend the U.S. Constitution, instead).
As any other actions will give aid and comfort to the criminal-enemies of the U.S. (and the lives and properties the rights detailed in that constitution represent)....you'll be engaged in an assault upon our peoples (a threat to engage in whatever property and liberty breaches that occur because you didn't establish said jury trials).....a crime and debt expansion that just gets worse with time.[making you principals to any/all of the crimes that result, because you didn't implement a region-stabilizing, true government/mandatory-jury-trials-if-sought], forever.

Remember, too, that failing to support and defend the U.S. Constitution, like the debt from an auto accident, reprovably-impeaches one from office, at the time of the ocurrence, not after the jury's verdict is rendered....otherwise, as with insurance, they merely pay to put the trials-off, illegally.
Putting a trillion dollar oil factory behind the criminal interests in Iraq, is certain to expand crime and debt, by "about a trillion times", and you'll be responsible, if you don't implement these programs, for all of the crimes that result from your negligent/malfeasant failure to support and defend the constitution (your oath/contract of office/employ).
