In light of the recent revelations from Wikileaks, we revisit a conversation with former marine Staff Sgt. Jim Massey. Massey was part of the 2003 invasion of Iraq and the occupation that followed. A one-time career soldier, Massey discovered the truth about the nature of the US war and occupation in Iraq and could no longer stand silent in the face of the murder of innocent civilians and other war crimes. Once a marine recruiter, Massey left the marines and became a truthteller at the very same schools where he once recruited youth for the US war machine.
