Critical Mass Radio Network (CMRN) is a decentralized international radio network composed of independent community radio stations. CMRN is organized for the purpose of broadcasting a coordinated signal over the internet that is broadcast quality and capable of being delivered over the FM band.
The network is organized according to our Principles of Unity, and is intended to further the growth of independent community based radio regardless of the broadcast medium. This site is intended to provide the means for community radio stations to rebroadcast the CMRN signal. The signal itself is composed of the radio stations that make up the network.
Initially, we intend to have a coordinated, scheduled broadcast on the last Friday of every month, and expand as necessary. Each broadcast will be thematic and determined by network participants.
