Today from 4 to 5:30 PM, WSQT aired two programs. The first was an inaugural special, the second the Inter-County-Connector program

The inaugural special chews out Bush fro refusing to pay for the security, and repeats the suggestion posted here that the baseball stadium inspired this outrage. Listeners were asked to call 724-8000 to be connected to their councilmember and demand that DC refuse to pay for this "Security."

Next came an old Velvet Underground song suggestive of the incredibnle decadence of the inaugural balls.

The program then went on to compare the massive inaugural closure area and associated demands for ID to Nazi Germany or the South African pass laws. Listenerswere asked to form Copwatch groups and monitor the police harasment of the homeless that is already beginning.

Aqua Boogie's piece on handling detainment from Freemix Radio was aired, along with Desert Rat's "I really like the cops," which goes into detail about copwatching.

Lastly came a rousing reminder and overview of the entire show with a reminder to protest on J20, set to the music from Star Wars with a leading about "The Emperor, the Dark Lord Bush."

After that came the eariler ICC piece described earlier.
