"The Democratic Judiciary Committee Staff Report clearly establishes that the State of Ohio has not met its obligation to conduct a fair election. Ohio's partisan Secretary of State, Mr. Kenneth Blackwell, I am ashamed to say an African American man, has failed to follow even Ohio's election procedures, let alone procedures that comply with Federal law and constitutional requirements. Our ancestors who died for the right to vote certainly must be turning over in their graves."
Maxine Waters was one of the best speakers on Jan 6th- it is clear that ohio failed to provide a fair election. "There were more machines during the primary, than the general election" - was that a mistake, or deliberate? Why should we accept for more years of the idiot in chief when there is no doub the fix was in.
The Dem-Repub argument is similar to this: You're a judge deciding between two neighbors in a dispute.
One neighbor (D) says: "I have undeniable proof that the other guy (R) did wrong. Here is a summary with pictures and video documentation."
The other guy (R) says: "That's ridiculous, how could you say that, you're just trying to make me look bad. These are absurd allegations and I refuse to listen to them."
Would you listen to the case, or throw it out based on the republican's argument?
