Theory Throwdown is a new show on radioActive sanDiego which is an anti-authoritarian reading and discussion group on the air.
You're heard of the editor's round table, well, think of this as the Anarchist's Round Table. Onto, Lotus and Annie talk this week about an article from lipmagazine.org entitled "Activistism: Left Anti-Intellectualism and its discontents". They address such questions as: what is the role of theory in social movements? what is "The Movement"? is there a Movement? what are anarchist vs. marxist approaches to political theory?
