The Kalb Report is a series of panel discussions at the National Press Club, and this one featured three key players-one from the "Nati's," one from the Post, and one from NPR-all pro baseball.

When one questioner asked about gentrification, they stated that replacing "low quality" housing with "better" housing was a BENEFIT of the stadium! Left unsaid was that replacing "low quality" people with "better" people is also considered a benefit and objective of the stadium.
When I asked if gay men displaced from the clubs should go to P st Beach or Malcolm X park, their answer was to simply call on the next questioner. Well, I think they answered my question-we are supposed to just disappear!
