I hope to reassemble a live radio web broadcast to cover this year's Iraq war anniversary protest in downtown Chicago, on March 19, 2005.

On March 20, 2004, I organized and spearheaded a live radio webstream
covering the March 20 protests in downtown Chicago, which relayed phone calls from protesters and broadcast them in real time on radio stations in Illinois and across the world. The archives of that broadcast are online here:

I propose to reassemble a live radio web broadcast to cover this year's
Iraq war anniversary protest in downtown Chicago, on March 19, 2005. I
envision it would be much as was done last year, but with more people
contributing and more stations around the world airing coverage.

Notice to people in the Chicago area, or who will be in Chicago on March 19: If you can help or can contribute to the setup of the webstream, let me know. Help is particularly needed in engineering (setup in particular)
and with staffing the station during the day (I don't want to have to
staff the station for 10+ consecutive hours) and with promotion (letting
more people know that this is happening).

The link to the broadcast will be made available on the morning of March
19, 2005 (perhaps sooner) on the Chicago Indymedia website:

Radio broadcasters are welcome to rebroadcast this audio stream when it
becomes available.

Please forward this alert to others who might be interested or able to
help out.

Thanks.
