committed to speaking what is not spoken. We insist
and demand our right to speak and act and to construct
a world based on our context, history, and experience.
We are committed to freedom, self-determination, land,
struggle, justice, community, and the rights of
indigenous peoples to exist on their own terms and to
defend themselves against all forms of occupation and
oppression in ways that they define. We are committed
to struggling against silence and sleep and to people
and communities speaking and acting for themselves.
