In this week's program: The U.S. Supreme Court hears two cases that will determine both the future of broadband internet access and just what sort of content will be available online. And the FCC is considering expanding the low power FM community radio service it started five years ago; as part of this proposal the agency implements a six-month freeze on the processing of FM translator station applications.
