Border Action at Akwesasne: Finding anti-corporate sentiments on and off the reservation. On Thursday April 19, 400 activists shared food and protest with 30 Mohawks. This audio features interviews, music, and other sounds from the day's events. See note below for more details.

The Battle Continues in Quebec: Moving Around the Perimeter
My goal for the second day of action against the Summit was to walk around the perimeter because I had spent most of Friday in the red zone (high risk). This audio features interviews, music, & chants from many intersections. See notes below for more details. Interviews with women, older demonstrators, and people of color.

Connie Fogal discusses current lawsuits fighting illegal processes and practices of security forces around the Summit of the Americas. Begins with gassing and chants from Cota D'abraham (where the street battles lasted until 4am throughout the Summit) and ends with music from Graffiti Park (where the cops had moved in and arrested sleeping people, shortly after the time of recording). All recorded Sunday, April 22, 2001.
