A group of about 50 anarchist students and professors held a diy cultural eVent - Linux vs. the Blue Screen - with poetry, stories and music on May 14 to attempt to recapture their university where culture, education and research are increasingly being dictated by corporations and big $$. Event occurred at San Diego State University Campus/Scripps Cottage sponsored by the Cross Cultural Center and the Border Institue of Advanced Studies in Nonliunear Events and Structures.
