An audio tour of the Carnival of Full Enjoyment demo around Edinburgh. As led by myself. And clown.
I am angry. Really angry. I saw each of the tabloid headliones here across the UK and each one of them had the same photo of a black clad, masked protestor shaking his stick at a cop who was poised to be defending himself. We've all seen the images. We've all shaken our heads or yelled back at the photos and stories that tell a very different story from what we witnessed. Yep, the police completely escalated the whole thing, and very quickly. Yep, some folks like to kick it off and were happy to respond.
I was there and had my mini disc with me and put together this audio collage or tour or whatever. There's a lot of voices of locals who cam upon the march and were outraged by what they saw their police doing. And I walked around with a clown.
