Congress just passed a multi-billion dollar energy bill that has "Texas
republican" written all over it. Matt Prindiville of the Natural Resources
Council of Maine will join us to give us their analysis.
And we'll hear from Steve Burke of Let Cuba Live, with an update of the latest
shipment of humanitarian aid to Cuba - some of which has been seized at the
Texas border.
