Fallujah viewed before the destruction

"Occupation: Dreamland" was filmed by Garrett Scott and Ian Olds shortly before the utter destruction of the city of Fallujah by the Marines in the spring of 2004. They were given access to the Army’s 82nd Airborne, stationed outside ot the ancient city, and focus on the lives of eight soldiers and their views on the situation.

Footage is significant as the city of over 250,000 has since been declared by inspectors of the International Red Cross as 'uninhabitable', and the Christian Science Monitor coverage read "...an entire city in ruins..."
