Not to say the problem of "PEOPLE NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND DECENT SHELTER FOR THE NIGHT, ISN'T A WORLD WIDE PROBLEM....
One common thread is "one's ablity to sleep 8hrs UN-MOLESTED by anybody"...
Is that putting it too simple for ya...?

if your forced to live on the streets,
between the hours of 9pm until 9am,
somebody is going to wake you up....
They'll ask STUPID QUESTIONS like: " are you ok..? "
or; " is there anything I can get you..? "...!
---- after midnight come the drunks
they want you to get a job...,
(like how can you sleep, when these guys are pee'ing next to your bed-roll...?)
------- 2am brings the cops
generally, the smell of urine piss'es them off
------ by 4am,
the church grannies wake you up to feed you coffee...
---------- try fucking sleeping in a shelter
or should I say, A PRISON TYPE DORMITORY,
where the Gestopo quiz you at the door....!
Even if you get in,
your still sleeping 25-30 other men..
(you sleep with one eye-open, while others are: snorring, howling @ the moon, butt-fucking or robbing each other)
still, it's light's out by 11pm,,,, and your woken up by 6am.
