Hong Kong Drivers End Blockade

On Tuesday in Hong Kong truck drivers ended a five-day blockade of the island's port after making cargo-handling conglormerates temporarily back down from charging new fees. The action was started on Friday by the truckers who claim the fee would cost them a third of their income, and said the shipping agents should pay it instead. The fee was first introduced in November but put on hold after a two day blockade. The latest blockade reportedly cost the economy 200 million dollars a day.

[you can cut out the fact the fee was first introduced in November if it's too long]
