This is a segment about the current political situation in Bolivia with the election of Evo Morales. It features audio from Evo's speech from Tiwanacu along with interviews of an indigena radio communicator and an anthropologist at the inaugaration. There are also interviews about the Nationalization of Gas and the Constituent Assembly to create a new constitution. The segment is 12 minutes including 1 minute of traditional Bolivian music.
