Terry Kirby was one of the Blanketmen of Long Kesh prison's infamous H-Blocks (Belfast). He was friend and comrade to many of the men who died on hunger strike in Long Kesh, 1981, including elected MP Bobby Sands . He was also one of 38 who escaped Long Kesh in the largest prison break in British penal history.
Bobby Lavery was Sinn Fein's elected representative for North Belfast for more than a decade and lost his young son and brother to Loyalist deathsquads.
