Rad Radio presents a two-hour musical history of guitarist Wayne Kramer, a career which started in 1960's with the MC5 and continues solo today.

The MC5 helped take rock and roll music into a much louder and more experimental direction, while taking on the powers that be through expressions of sex, drugs, sonic noise, and radical politics. The MC5, from Detroit, was the only well-known rock band to play at the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, including their anthem "Kick Out The Jams, Motherfucker".
