An allegation that the President caused insider trading to be used via the address to the nation

On February 1st a talk-radio host on the show "Stock Talk" raised the allegation that Bush allowed insider trading to occur prior to making his State of the Union Speech. A paper copy of the speech was released early and buys occured which allowed profiteers to cash in on the state of the nation, but the honest investors who took the advice of the President lost massive amounts the same day.
