Shell and Statoil are trying to impose a dangerous pipeline on a rural community in Ireland. Last year five local men were jailed for defying Shell but Shell were forced to halt work. This week Shell have tried to resume work but are facing pickets of dozens of local. This interview is with a WSM member at the Rossport Solidarity Camp. Interview is around 5 minutes, 1.9Mb.

Several Israeli army tanks and bulldozers stormed Al Farahien and 'Abassan Al Kobra areas near Khan-Younis south of the Gaza Strip and the Rafah crossing was closed again after three days of operating. In the West Bank today, the Israeli military court ruled that eighteen Palestinian legislators are to remain imprisoned. These stories and more coming up stay tuned.
