Under the Pavement is a long running radio show now broadcast every Wednesday afternoon 3.00pm-4.00pm on ALL FM 96.9, a community radio station serving south, central and east Manchester.

The show reports on direct action and grass roots resistance in the Manchester area though it also covers national and international issues.

This edition of Under the Pavement includes an interview with David Dictor of American political punk band MDC.

The local Palestinians of al-Khader have launched a mass information campaign to protect Al Khader from the wall and to empower villagers, farmers and ordinary people to protect their land. They are attempting to reach out to the international community, and show the world the injustices the residents have been faced with, as a result of Israel’s illegal occupation, and apartheid regime. Here is an interview with Samer Jaber, a resident of Al-Khader and member of the local committee against the wall.
