Phil Kelly is a musician and lived in the older part of New Orleans. Due to 'lack of funds' he had to ride out the Katrina Hurricane. Trees covered every avenue, looting of elders and corporate chains was rampant, and getting out of town was not a bad idea.
Life on the road, the Red Cross Central HQ in Alabama and the mental strain of the whole situation are high points.
These two interviews can be played either together or separately, each have their own unique character.
