Remember APEC - SPRAYPEC ...?
Vancover's just before "The Battle of Seattle".
This is an audio tribute to an event Canadians remember the most.
It happeed a year or two,
before the battle of seattle. (pre nov-1999)
I was a volenteer reporter @ the time.

It made me mad,
