many community radio in Cuacas, Colombia formed a local network in order to cover a mobilization last week that began with a march in which 70, 000 people demonstrated for indigenous rights and against plan colombia and the FTAA.
the origen of the broadcast was a transimitter on a bicicle. it was relayed on several community radios in the area and put in the internet in Cali. for more information on the transmission go here:
