This piece first excoriates Mayor Williams for closing Randall School(maybe a mile from the proposed baseball stadium) as a shelter, and then announces Mayday DC's public meeting at Cafe Mawanaj this thursday 6:30PM.
Finally it discusses the growing concern that Potomac Gardens at 19th and potomac SE is in Mayor William's gunsights for another Arthur Capper style "Hope VI" removal project.
The first part is set to the haunting "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" that Green Day covered(its a very old song) and is sometimes played on corporate radio. The transition to the annoncement that people are doing something about housing this winter begins with a rousing horn fanfare.
Finally the bankers and developers who are sucking the life out of this city are called out as the bloodsuckers they are.
