Dennis Kucinich gave a rousing speech at the Green Festival on Nov. 6, 2004. The US had just elected George Bush president and the country was poised to invade the Iraqi town of Faluja. Rep. Kucinich believes that creation of a national policy of peace can come about if enough people make peace a priority in their lives. People create the change; government follows.
