Coalition for a Fair and Independent Judiciary Conference Call

Discussion of Civil Rights, Disability Rights and Women's Rights if John Roberts is Confirmed

Supreme Court nominee John Roberts will begin the process of Senate review in early September and the Coalition for a Fair and Independent Judiciary held a press conference on August 30, 2005. Three members of civil rights organizations took questions from the press on Robert's positions through his rulings as well as his advocacy duties in the Reagan & Bush administrations.
