In this week's program: Several hundred people packed an auditorium on the campus of the University of Iowa on Wednesday, October 5th to express their displeasure with media consolidation to FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein. The Bush administration is formally accused of purveying covert propaganda upon the American public. Native American tribes may consider asserting soverignty over their own airwaves. An anti-trust lawsuit against the rapidly-consolidating Baby Bells gets new life. And a victim of the RIAA's crusade against file-sharing strikes back.

This program is free to all to air, but if you do, might you consider dropping a line to mediaminutes@freepress.net so that we may know where it is being heard? Thanks!
