Mon$anto is famous for suing farmers when their GMO Frankencrops invade tehir fields for patent infringement. Now they have been dforced to settle a similar suit against themselves
Apparently that nasty dairy hormone rBST violates a patent owned by the University of California. Therefore, Mon$anto has agreed to pay out over $100M to settle the lawsuit!
That hormone sickens cows, causes so much pus contamination of milk that Safeway had to switch suppliers, and has bankrupted small farmers thanks to bank's insistance that dairy farmers use this shit.
Now Monsanto has to give up a lot of their profits onn this hellish chemical until almost mid-century! Shoe sure pinches when it's on the other foot, huh?
