On the last weekend the DC Gay clubs were open(unless the U$ Marshalls are late or resisted), protestors visited the home of Mayor Tony"The Rat" Williams.
He is responsible for closing schools to save money for the $700M baseball stadium and closing Gay clubs to bet land for the stadium. Always he has robbed form the poor and given to the rich.
Tomorrow is the EVICTION deadline for all the Gay clubs under where the Mayor wants to build his baseball stadium. In addition there is now a big uproar over his proposed school closing/consolidation plans. Therefore, we staged a noisy street protest outside his home on Saturday night!
After we got done with the Mayor, we made a quick stopover at the home of a World Bank Regional Director. Luis Marti is World Bank regional director for Central America, and suports policies similar to those of Mayor Wiliams abroad.
Plan Pueblo Panema is a scheme to steal land and money form the poor for the benefit of multinational corporations. As such it is essentially the same program Mayor Williams has been pushing, just in a different place.
