Illinois Lieutant Governor is making waves with a proposal to double income taxes on income over $250,000 annually. The income would go to property tax breaks and school funding, but he needs to amend the Illinois constitution to get there.

just a note that the piece aired called NWO (Modern Society Mix) was originally a track by Attila the Stockbroker(www.attilathestockbroker.com), a vocal rap piece, which then had music added and arranged by Mista White. it will be avaiable on vinyl early next year...peace. mw
