In what may portend a US Marshal-backed raid and seizure, San Francisco Liberation Radio received a courtesy call by FCC agents, who requested permission to inspect the premises and see a broadcast permit, on 7/2.

The arrests:

There were 29 people arrested: 2 Spanish, 2 Austrian, 1 English, 1 American, 1
Syrian; the rest of them Greek.

Two of them were minors and were released, as they were charged with delinquency.
Another 20 people were released after they payed 1500€ or ACCEPTED restrictive terms. One of them (the American one) was later detained again, so as to be deported.
