Rosa Nelly Urrutia Castañeda, madre de Hector Galindo manifestando la represion que ha sufrido por parte de las autoridades del Penal de exterminio del Altiplano, quienes le han negado desde hace dos meses visitar a su hijo bajo el pretexto de que no es su madre biologica. La madre de Hector expreso que esto es debido a que su hijo ha denunciado las injusticias que estas autoridades realizan con los internas. La madre de Hector pidio la solidaridad de las organizaciones sociales a mandar correos y cartas a las autoridades federales para terminar una injustica más sobre su hijo Hector.
