El domingo 14 de agosto, la Red Oaxaqueña Zapatista, se dio a la tarea de realizar una serie de eventos informativos a cerca de la Sexta Declaración de la Selva Lacandona, en el lugar denominado la Alameda de León.
Al momento de llegar ya eran esperados por varias decenas de policias que, segun explicaban, no dejarían instalar la mesa, ni el templete, ni el sonido.
