A demonstration was held at 6.00pm in Oxford city today in solidarity with the protests in Edinburgh. Up to 100 people turned out to hear speakers from various groups. Also present was a brilliant samba band and the Oxford Sea Green Singers. Below is the audio.

Speaker names and their affiliation are included at the start of the audio piece.

This is the final report by Zaria phoned in from the demonstration. She describes the police containment of an anachist group, the filing by of the other protesters, the feeling of uneasiness and finally as she closes her report a large number of riot police advance into the protesters.

The third phone report from Zaria as she actually sets off on the March. She talks about the peaceful positive atmosphere of the demonstration and reports that there are said to be 9000 people on the march.

The second report 4:39 duration 12:00 July 6th, Zaria is still on the bus, nearing Auchterarder. It has been reported by mainstream media that Fife Police (in charge of policing this event) have cancelled the march. The people traveling to the march have not heard any official announcement on this and are continuing to travel peacefully towards the demonstration route.
