This is my interview with Prof. Francis A. Boyle, who was part of the prosecution team for the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal. On May 12, 2012, the tribunal found Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and 5 lawyers guilty of torture and other war crimes. Though this judgment was issued by a tribunal of conscience without enforcement powers, it is the first time these defendants have been found guilty anywhere in the world.
