El viernes 17 de abril se realizo en Cuernavaca, Morelos el foro «La Tortura… Una práctica común del Gobierno para reprimir a luchador@s sociales» que contó con la participación de los ex-presos políticos , ex- integrante de la «Liga Comunista 23 de Septiembre» y Héctor y Antonio Cerezo Contreras, estudiantes acusados de haber instalado petardos en sucursales bancarias en agosto de 2001.

El foro sirvió para recordar el 28 aniversario de la promulgación de excomunión a torturadores declarada por el obispo Sergio Mendez Arceo el 17 de abril de 1981
