Major League Baseball just agreed to DC's terms for a $700M baseball stadium to be built over the entire SE Gay Enclave in DC

These clubs offer an alternative to cruising and making out in the street, bathrooms, and parks. As such they offer the city a function similar to the catbox in an apartment containing cats.

If you remove the catbox, no amount of punishment(police harassment in this case) can ever stop the cats from fouling the carpets, as the cats no longer have a choice!

Richard Rainey is one of the top "intellectual property' specialists at Covington and Burlington, and we picked his home in Uber-rich McLean because of his work for Halliburton.
