Our program is named after and inspired by the warrior known as "Crazy Horse", the legendary Akicita of the Oglala Lakota Nation. His real name was Ta Shunka Witko which translates to "his horse is enchanted" (rather than Crazy Horse). We are a Brigade as we stand for resistance and freedom and aim to deconstruct colonialism and demistify the concept of "America". TWB provides a unique look at the hemisphere we occupy from the rarely heard perspective of the original peoples and their struggle.

LaborNews: Information about most of us
Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.
—Abraham Lincoln
American 16th US president (1861-65), 1809-1865.

Will work for less
Six years ago Johnson was earning more than twice as much money--$29 an hour--at a nuclear power plant in nearby Clinton. Then he got laid off and tumbled into an underworld of low wages and slimmed-down benefits.
